Roaches get no sympathy in my house. I illustrated this roach as simple as possible. I quickly looked at a photo of one, because looking at a mere photo gives me the heebie-jeebies. I have a huge resident spider living under one of my cabinets, but I don't care. The spider stays put. Okay, that's enough about that. My skin is crawling!

When I was a kid I used to beg for those huge lollipop's that were bigger than my face. The one or two times I happen to get one, I never finished them. I think I just loved all the bright colors.

This is a little far-fetched, but it's what I came up with. Better to keep trying, than to just give up I guess.

Sound illustration - a tough one.

My daughter was happy to receive the dreamcatcher art gift for Christmas (after all - it wasn't her only gift). I printed it on 16x20 photo paper (couldn't spring for the $99 canvas print) and framed it. It turned out perfect as far as I'm concerned.

I have fond memories of trying to skip rocks as a kid.

My daughter loves dream catchers. I may paint one for her for Christmas. I did this one with a spiral design for IF, and I may just use this one for the one I do for her.

Santa soup that is. I know, it seems a little dark, but it's just for fun and the word soup was a little challenging. For the record, I love Christmas and would never put Santa, a reindeer or an elf in my soupl Merry Christmas!

Did you ever get one of these in the 80's?

Took this photo of a banana spider a couple years ago after almost running right into it by the woods by my home. They are huge spiders, but although their bite is painful, they are harmless.
